Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by AXEmedia Marketing Agency, hereinafter referred to as “AXEmedia”.

By requesting or purchasing any service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

2. Services

AXEmedia provides creative and digital services including but not limited to:

• Web Development
• eCommerce & Custom Software
• Graphic Design & Branding
• Social Media Marketing
• Video Editing & Production
• 2D / 3D Animation
• Digital Advertising Campaigns

The exact scope of services will be defined individually between AXEmedia and the client.

3. Agreement

A project agreement becomes valid once the client approves a quotation, confirms a proposal, or requests the start of a service in written or digital form.

Any additional agreements must be confirmed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided in EUR or CHF unless otherwise agreed.

AXEmedia reserves the right to request an advance payment before starting a project. All invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period without deductions.

Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

5. Project Process

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, content, and approvals required for the project.

Delays caused by missing materials or feedback from the client may affect delivery timelines. AXEmedia is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

6. Revisions and Additional Work

Any changes or revisions requested outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

Additional services not included in the original agreement will be billed separately.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

The client receives the agreed usage rights for the completed work only after full payment has been received.

AXEmedia reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

AXEmedia is only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

AXEmedia shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, technical failures, or issues caused by third party services or platforms.

9. Client Content

The client is solely responsible for the legality and ownership of all provided materials including texts, images, videos, logos, and other content.

AXEmedia assumes no responsibility for copyright violations or unlawful materials supplied by the client.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal and project related information will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Cancellation & Termination

If a project is canceled after work has started, AXEmedia reserves the right to invoice completed work and expenses already incurred.

Advance payments are generally non refundable.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Applicable law shall be determined according to the registered location of AXEmedia unless otherwise required by law.
